Oil based food colouring 30ml
• Our innovative oil-based range is what you have been looking for to get consistent colour with buttercream
and other products with a high fat content (such as ganache, Swiss meringue, chocolate, fondant, cream,
cake mixes and batters).
• SUPERIOR TO LIQUID FOOD COLOURING - Food colouring liquids and gels are usually water based, which
is a problem for buttercream and foods like it because water and oil don’t mix! Only the sugar will colour, but
not the butter itself, creating inconsistent results.
• VIBRANT COLOURS - The unique formula of our oil food colouring loves the fats and oils in your baking and
uses them to diffuse the dye, creating rich and vibrant shades that won’t fade. Use different amounts of food
colouring to achieve different shades from bright and bold to delicate pastels depending on how much you
add to your medium.
• CREATE DIFFERENT SHADES - Shake well before use and add a little colouring at a time to achieve various
shades, but don’t go overboard as the colour does develop with time.
