Confectioners Glaze

An edible varnish ideal to use whenever a high gloss finish is required or simply as a protective coating.
The glaze is easy to apply, dries clear and can be used on breads, cakes, sugar flowers and much more.

A clear, colourless liquid with a sweet taste and is used to soften homemade royal icing.
It can also be added to cake recipes where flour is used to create a softer crumb texture
and to prevent royal icing from setting too firmly.
